Spiderman Vs Batman Comic

Comic Book Character Battles XVIII Marvel and DC (Round 3). Can you explain to me who wins?
I will be posting 10 battles periodically until the outcome is resolved. Battles may include Marvel and DC. Single Elimination.**Neutral Area, Abandoned City**.(NO ADVANCED POWERS such as King Thor or Cosmic Spiderman etc.) My friend and I have similar outcomes in each bracket, but it’s nice to get different opinions. “So please validate you’re opinions on who wins and why with a sentence explanation or more for each battle”. {Most descriptive and logical explanation gets the points}
All combatants have access to their normal equipment and weapons:
1.) Moon Knight vs Batman (battle takes place at night)
2.) Spider Woman vs Mystique
3.) Gideon vs Kang
4.) Ultron vs Thing
5.) Quasar vs Annihilus (battle takes place in space)
6.) Darkseid vs Thor
7.) Apocalypse vs Hulk
8.) Superman vs Loki
9.) Professor X vs Dr. Strange
10.) Luke Cage vs Beast
In hand to hand combat this is very close. I give the edge to the billionaire Bruce Wayne, provided that Marc doesn’t have his moon-copter. That can change things. I believe on the ground fighting Batman pulls out all the stops on his belt and finds away to defeat Moon Knight.
Very tough to call. Mystique is very talented combatant as is Spider-Woman. Although currently Spider-Woman can fly i believe so that coupled with her Venom Blasts give her the win.
Kang, he has access to any technology of any century. His suit gives him super strength and Gideon could copy this. Although i say he uses that ultra diode ray gun thats zaps the will of people and prevents superhumans from using there powers allowing him to make easy work of Gideon.
Ultron, he armor is made of adamantium which i don’t think the thing is really going to damage much. Also his weapons are amazing he’d hit Ben with the encephalo-ray which puts people in a death like coma.
Quasar, his bancs are awesome. He could create a solid energy construct around Annihilus. He would absorb and redirect the power from his cosmic control rod. Then force him into the quantum zone. Game over Quasar wins
Darkseid, and this is tough. Thor is the God of Thunder and Mjolnir is so incredible. I just think that the Omega Effect is to much. While i don’t think he could destroy Mjolnir, i do believe that his powers will work against it. He is immortal so i think that Thor puts up a fight but in the end fails heroically.
Apocalypse, no contest. If he can take on the Avengers, and Luke Cage at the same time with no sweat. I’ll take him against Hulk in one on one.
Superman, Loki is a god and has magical attacks that can affect Clark, but at the end of the day its really hard to pick against the man of steel. He just never seems to really lose. He heat blasts Loki and hand to hand he takes it for some reason.
Dr. Strange enacts some magic protecting him from Charles telepathy and after that is neutralized this isn’t even a fair fight.
Luke Cage, Beast may have the claws but they won’t penetrate his skin which is as tough as titanium. Luke also studied martial arts under Iron Fist which is very good at hand to hand combat. I take him, sad to cause i love Best, Hank makes it good but can’t win.
