What do I have to do to copyright certain Comic Book heroes?
I know there are some comic book heroes that haven’t been used for some time by the Big 4(DC, Marvel, Image, & Dark Horse). I know someone has acquired the rights to Wally Wood’s “Agents of Thunder”. I’d like to do the same for other comic book heroes that have been “dead & buried”(haven’t been used in a long time) for some time.
You know the writers and the company they worked for. You’d need to contact someone at the company to discuss it.
